Coaching to a group adds extra benefits and lasting effect to coachees as they
gain extra connection, wisdom and experience from each other on top of the
coach. Group coaching requires specific knowledge and skills to work with the
whole group as well as harness the group dynamics positively. It is of vital
importance that a group coach is trained and supported to deliver this service.
In small group format (maximum 8 participants) One full day and three hours of
teleconference class.
This program is accredited by ICF as a Continuous Coach Education Program for 11
hours Coaching Core Competencies and can be used for Approved Coach Specific
Training Hours (ACSTH).

techniques and concepts to train, support and assist coaches to
continuously enhance the coaching competency. Strong emphasis will be
given to practice, interactional learning and on-going work promoting a
strong collegiate support. There is expected to be a high element of fun
as well.

Program focus
Participants will learn advanced high-level theoretical and practical
skills in delivering coaching services and engaging in coaching
conversation. They will be supported and stretched to implement the
learnings into real-life coaching during and after the training program.
The emphasis is on practice and implementation.
Program outline The program comprises of Modules on
specific interest and learning areas. Practice and interaction follow
theoretical presentation. All the learning areas will be further
integrated. Ongoing work and planning are designed to guide participants
to continuously work on further development.

wants to find out our assured standards, quality of work and recognized,
guaranteed level of professionalism and integrity in practice.
A continuous practiced “coach supervision” is one of a powerful,
effective way to achieve these goals. Coach supervision requires extra,
different skill-set and mind-set. It is of vital importance that
supervisors gain specific training and support to be able to carry out
this role effectively and professionally.
This program is accredited by ICF as a Continuous Coach Education Program for 11
hours Coaching Core Competencies and can be used for Approved Coach Specific
Training Hours (ACSTH).

experienced coaches to gain necessary knowledge and skills to
provide coach supervision to junior/less experienced coaches b)
